After your purchase, you will receive a receipt email containing your serial number, activation code, and download links for each purchased product. The links in the email are valid for 24 hours. You will have continued access to your downloads and product activation keys by logging in to your account at DMS Plugins and viewing Your Account/Your Products/View Details and Downloads. It is highly recommended that you save a copy of your purchase receipt email and your downloaded installation files to a safe location like an external hard drive as a back-up.
To install your product, run either the Windows installer or the Mac installer depending on your operating system, and perform a VST scan from your Digital Audio Workstation. Please refer to the documentation of your DAW for details on how to perform a VST scan. After installing the Audio Units plugin on Mac, it may be necessary to restart your computer.
When you first launch your product, you will be prompted by the screen on the left to paste in your product activation keys. By clicking on the logo at the top of the activation window, you will be taken to the DMS Plugins website.
To activate your product:
1. Copy your Serial number either from your purchase receipt email or by clicking the “Copy Serial Number” button on your Purchase Details page at DMS Plugins.
2. Paste your serial number into the plugin by clicking the “paste” button to the right of “Serial Number” on the plugin’s authorization window.
3. Copy your Activation Code either from your purchase receipt email or by clicking the “Copy Activation Code” button on your Purchase Details page at DMS Plugins.
4. Paste your Activation Code into the plugin by clicking the “paste” button to the right of “Activation Code” on the plugin’s authorization window.
5. Click the “Submit” button, remove (close the instance) the plugin from the track, then re-start it.
Note: After clicking a “paste” button on the plugin’s authorization window, it changes to a “clear” button. It can then be used to clear an incorrectly pasted value.
